Shipping Policy 

Extendo Beauty USPS shipping usually takes 2-5 business days dependent upon location. If you live outside of the US, shipping times may take longer. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. When your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order through email or text, based off what information you have given when you checked out. If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours please email us at info@extendobeauty.com. Please give tracking numbers 24 hours to update.

Any orders totaling over $50.00 MAY require a signature confirmation upon delivery. 

Extendo Beauty is not responsible for packages lost in the mail, damaged or packages after they say delivered. Please contact USPS for these issues. However, please notify us of any delivery problems and we will be happy to work with you and see how we can help! 

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS

Return Policy

  • All sales are final. No returns or exchanges on any orders due to health and safety reasons. 
  • If order is incorrect once delivered, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery and send us a picture of the order to receive a refund. Pictures are for proof and quality purposes. 
  • Refunds will be given at owners discretion. 
  • If we are not notified of any issues within 48 hours, any request or refunds will be denied.
    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have checked out orders cannot be cancelled or changed as this will effect our inventory. Please make sure you review your order before checking out.
